FOR YOUR PERSONAL FOLDER

1. Please start tracking your hours for your invoice in the job folder. Fill out your contracts if you haven't already done so.
2. Visual Briefs - 3 total (one for logo, one for pitch one - looks for flyers, one for pitch two - looks for flyers)
3. Pitch (printed and typed for your ideas for the RockNRide material)
4. You will print out a revised visual brief for the combo
5. revised proposal (team)
6. Approval sheet to sign on Tuesday for when they decide what they are going to go with for the pitch.

-You need this before you meeting together where you are going to discuss your material that you've found and your ideas to come up with the grand pitch that you are going to send me and the client.

FOR MONDAY
You need to have a revised pitch that incorporates both of your ideas and input. Remake the visual brief to be explanitory to the client. (aka walk through font, color, and looks - don't overload them. 2 pages should do it). Write the new proposal together and present two options for looks. I will send this onto the team to look over before the phone meeting on Tuesday.

FOR TUESDAY
Start working up some thumbnails of logo looks to discuss in class on Tuesday after we walk through the pitch.

THURSDAY MARCH 31 MEETING

Hi Guys,

We are going to meet on the third floor of the library in one of the study rooms with a whiteboard with Jon in person to spitball ideas. Meet at the 1:35  in the great area and I'll find you this will give us a couple minutes he's going to be there right at 1:40. We will see you then. Be ready with your job folder. Please dress professional since you are meeting the client for the first time. Be prepared!

Please have the following items in your job folder for Thursday.

1. Research on the Star Center
2. Completed (as much as you can) printed client survey
3. Polling research (poll friends and family a set of questions that you come up with together to get some stats to help you with your client pitch) This will come after the initial meeting

Get together after you get your polling done to calculate numbers for the data and come up with questions that you want to ask the client. I should hear later today if it will be in person or phone meeting with the client.

CAPSTONE
Becca - Be working on layouts for the magazine with the pictures and type that you already have completed. Would like to see some examples for Thursday. Don't want you to get slammed later.
Brittany - Be working on your deadline materials for printing. Start rethinking about the the gallery wall and how you want to display your items.

Visual briefs (should match the ideas discussed in the brief) should be attached to the design brief. Have two ideas discussed in the brief. Start your job folder - research, thumbnails, visual briefs. For paperwork to be in the job folder. Have the job approval form and bid spec sheet printed and filled out in the job folder.
