Please have your design brief for the Torch completed, printed and designed with your brand and language in mind. Visual briefs (should match the ideas discussed in the brief) should be attached to the design brief. Have two ideas discussed in the brief. Start your job folder - research, thumbnails, visual briefs. For paperwork to be in the job folder. Have the job approval form and bid spec sheet printed and filled out in the job folder.
